Reasons and precautions for dusting bags
The reason for the dusting bag problem:
1. The temperature of the flue gas is too low. Condensation also occurs when the temperature of the flue gas treated by the precipitator itself approaches or falls below the dew point temperature.
2. The temperature of the pulsed gas is too low. When the temperature of the compressed air is not much different from the temperature of the flue gas inside the precipitator, dew condensation is generally not generated, but in the northern region, usually between ten and a few tens of degrees, the pulsed compressed air and the smoke inside the precipitator The difference in gas temperature is too large, and the temperature is also greatly reduced when the compressed air is instantaneously injected into the filter bag. Generally, condensation will occur.
3. The moisture content in the flue gas is too high. The material entering the bag filter is too moist, the temperature is high, and a large amount of steam is generated, which may cause dew condensation in the bag. For example, the clinker entering the cement mill has a high temperature and the slag has a large water content. After mixing the two, a large amount of water vapor is generated to improve the venting holes around the dust bag, and after a period of operation, the dust collecting effect is greatly reduced.
4. There is air leakage in the dust collector. If there is air leakage in the dust collector, a large amount of cold air from the outside will be sucked into the dust collector, so that the local air temperature of the dust collector drops sharply, and the water in the air is analyzed, thereby causing condensation.
5. The insulation effect of the pulse bag filter housing is poor. The shell of the pulse bag filter is made of steel plate structure, and there is no heat preservation. At this time, when the outside cold air enters the interior of the dust collector, the temperature of the flue gas slowly approaches the dew point, and the temperature is greatly reduced. At this time, the bag filter will show condensation. phenomenon.
6. The pulse dust bag does not use a water repellent bag. Due to the large moisture content of the finished grinding section, the equipment and pipeline are easily blocked, and the dust-removing cloth bag is easy to be dew condensation and paste bags, which may also result in poor dust collecting effect.
Precautions for dust removal bag problem:
1. Control the temperature of the flue gas. When the temperature of the flue gas is low, measures such as increasing the operating temperature should be taken immediately; when the temperature of the treated flue gas is too high, measures such as lowering the operating temperature and cooling the wind should be taken immediately.
2. Reasonably control the moisture of the material. Raw materials, fuels and mixed materials can be dried to dry water; various raw materials (limestone, clay, iron powder), fuel (coal) and mixed materials (gypsum, slag) required for cement production vary in water content, if stacked In a fixed rectangular stacking shed, the prevention of rain can greatly reduce the water content of the material, which is an effective measure to reduce the moisture content of the material. Drying equipment can also be installed to dry the mixture to reduce moisture.
3. Reduce the air leakage phenomenon of the dust collector. The discharge port of the dust collector should be sealed with a good sealing performance. The air leakage rate of a pulse bag filter should be controlled within ≤ 3%. Eliminate the phenomenon of less soldering and soldering during the process of installing and manufacturing the dust collector.
4. Strengthen the thermal insulation measures of the dust collector. The insulation of the dust collector is generally made of thermal insulation materials such as rock wool, aluminum silicate board, and pearl expansion rock.
5, the use of waterproof, oil-proof surface treatment of the dust bag, can greatly reduce the condensation caused by the dust collector, paste bag.
