PPS anti-static needle felt coated filter bag combines the advantages of PPS fiber, conductive fiber and PTFE polymer material to overcome the shortcomings of single material, and makes a new composite filter material with high performance, high cost performance and anti-static properties. The surface layer of the filter bag is blended with PPS fiber + conductive fiber, and is needle-punched with high-performance PTFE base fabric. The composite fiber has good flexibility and cohesion, which can significantly improve the composite fastness and overall strength of the filter material. Due to the addition of conductive fibers, the filter bag has anti-static function. The filter bag base fabric is made of high-quality high-strength PTFE fiber, which is woven into high-strength PTFE base fabric to ensure sufficient mechanical strength of the filter material. After pretreatment and heat setting, A high performance PTFE base fabric with excellent physical and chemical properties and dimensional stability. According to industrial and mining requirements, carbon black steel, cement, chemical, power plants, iron alloy waste incineration, etc. are applicable.
